PROJECT MANAGER:
One of the biggest regional CRO is looking for Project Manager for an international multicenter trial.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare project plans and provide tactical management, administration and leadership to the project team to complete projects on time, within budget and with the highest standards of professional integrity.
• Provide the client with timely project status information and serves as the key operational interface between the client and the project team.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of CRAs and support personnel, including performance management and career development.
• Identify, recruit and manage subcontractors, as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in life sciences, pharmacy or medicine and a minimum of 5 years of clinical trial experience including supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of and competence in application of GCP and appropriate local regulations.
• Proficiency in required software and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills necessary to meet the needs of various audiences.
• Leadership skills that include the ability to gain trust and confidence with a variety of clients and team members.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25% of the time.
